Log in to your A.C.T. account.
If your account was created on or after October 1, 2012, follow the steps below to renew your subscription.
If you have not created an account, created your account before October 1, 2012, or need help logging in, please call our Subscriptions Team at 415.749.2250 (Mon–Fri, 11 a.m.–6 p.m.).
Your username is the email address used to register your account. If your email address has changed, please contact the Subscriptions Team for assistance.
If you have forgotten your password, follow the steps in the login screen to reset it.
In the menu bar, click on "My Account."
In the lefthand menu, click on "Offer(s)" (you may have up to 5).
Select the offers you would like to renew in this transaction by clicking "Add to Order" on each. To save one or more offers for later, skip them in the list; please DO NOT click “Decline Offer” as this will automatically cancel your subscription.
Confirm your selection by clicking "Continue."
Confirm or update your contact info. Under Delivery Method, click on "Mail your tickets", then click "Continue".
On the next screen, confirm your billing information and select your payment method. Then click “Buy” to purchase your subscription!
