WHY THEATER?
Custom Built
Before we design anything, we learn your organization. The sessions your people experience are built around their real challenges, their real situations, and the specific moments your organization needs to get right.
Session Experience
Every session is designed the way a rehearsal is designed: to get people on their feet, doing real work, in conditions that feel safe enough to try and real enough to matter.
Led by a Professional Theater Director
Every session is led by a professional theater director. Directing is the craft of helping people find their most authentic, most effective selves under pressure. That is a different credential than a consultant or a coach, and it produces a different result.
Methodology
Other trainings center the tools, A.C.T.@work centers the person. The difference is behavior that sticks.

WHAT CLIENTS ASK US
The sessions are designed to be inviting. Participation is always voluntary. We hear consistently that participants expected to be nervous and found themselves engaged and energized.
A.C.T.@work complements what is in place. We bring the rehearsal layer: coached, applied practice that turns knowledge into confident behavior. We slot into existing calendars as a single session, a series, or a capstone.
Every engagement ties to observable behavioral shifts. Follow-up coaching tracks real-world application. Pre and post assessments available.
THE IMPACT
Every dollar your organization invests in A.C.T.@work goes directly back into the community, supporting arts education and live theater in the Bay Area. Your investment does two things at once: it develops your people and strengthens the cultural ecosystem around them.
