Stereophonic Exchanges & Policies for A.C.T. Subscribers

Because this show is produced by BroadwaySF, exchange and purchase policies and processesare different from your regular A.C.T. tickets.

ALL Stereophonic transactions (exchanges, additional ticket purchases, reprints) will be processed directly through BroadwaySF. Please call the BSF hotline below for all Stereophonic ticketing needs. 

You will receive pre-show emails and emailed tickets (if applicable) directly from BSF as well. 

Tickets can be exchanged up to 24 hours before your scheduled performance. 

Exchanges and additional ticket purchases are subject to BSF availability and box office hours.

Will Call is available for pick up at the theater box office beginning 2 hours prior to curtain time only. Sales for future performances stop 30 minutes prior to curtain time and resume once curtain has gone up. 

Additionally, please note that the Curran Theatre does not have an elevator to the Mezzanine and Balcony levels. If your tickets are seated in the Mezzanine or Balcony, and you aren't able to navigate the stairs to reach those levels, please reach out to Member Services at your earliest convenience.

Theater lobby, seating, and access to restrooms are available 45 minutes prior to curtain. 

The BSF box office will be glad to reprint any misplaced/forgotten tickets when you arrive for the show—please have the accountholder name and order number ready.
